Jacobi Anstruther is the founder and CEO of IRIS Audio Technologies since 2018, where he leads innovative advancements in digital sound technology aimed at utilising cutting-edge AI to provide bidirectional sound clarity. With a rich background as a serial entrepreneur, Jacobi has previously founded London-based record label Housekeeping Records and was an associate director of Forbes Private Capital Group. His career reflects a blend of creative and financial expertise, contributing to his unique approach in the tech industry.
A former British Army officer, holding the Military Cross, and widely respected as one of the leading army officers of his generation having fulfilled some of the most demanding and sensitive appointments during his service as a commander on combat operations in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, and elsewhere. Following his military career, he joined J.P. Morgan as an investment banker. He founded Adarga in 2016 to apply cutting-edge AI analytics technology to solve complex, real-world problems in defence and other sectors.
Matthew Kinsella, the CEO of Infleqtion, is a dynamic leader with a deep background in both the public software investment realm and private investment efforts, notably as a former Managing Director at Maverick Ventures since 2005. Specializing in SaaS and cybersecurity, Matt transitioned in 2014 to focus exclusively on Maverick's private investments. His board memberships span a variety of sectors including SAAS, cybersecurity, deep technology, and healthcare. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A., Matt has also been the Chairman of Maverick Capital Foundation's San Francisco board and served on the OneGoal Bay Area Regional Advisory Board.
A highly experienced leader with a proven track record in transforming businesses, launching innovative products, and securing major contracts across UK and global markets. Specializing in the communications, government, defense, and security sectors, Paul has successfully led high-performance teams and executed complex business transformations. His notable leadership roles include Co-Chair of the UK Ministry of Defence’s Capability Management Working Group, Director UK National Security and Public Safety at AWS, and Managing Director of Serco's UK Defence business. He has held a number of other senior communications and technology roles and started as an officer in the British Army's Royal Signals. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Cranfield University and an MBA from the London Business School.
Chris Pearson serves as the CEO of AGILE Space Industries, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the space industry. His expertise spans component, spacecraft, and mission-level operations for military, civil, and commercial sectors in the US and Europe. Previously, he held senior roles at Airbus, Moog, and Redwire. Chris successfully led two Colorado-based startups through high growth and acquisition. Originally from the UK, Chris is now a naturalized US citizen, residing in Boulder, Colorado. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, MSc degrees in Astronautics & Space Engineering and Control Engineering from Cranfield University and Imperial College respectively, and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado.
